One of the best ways to get work done for your nonprofit is with extra hands. Think about it: You’re one person. You can only do so much. There’s a limit to the amount of work you can do during the day. And I’m really sure you have more to do than you can get done.

So, you have choices. You can:

1. Work yourself ragged trying to do it all yourself (not a great solution).
