Bob & Renee Parsons Foundation, GoDaddy Offer One of Largest Matching Campaigns in Veteran Nonprofit History
The Bob & Renee Parsons Foundation has partnered with GoDaddy Inc. to offer one of the largest matching campaigns in the history of veteran nonprofits.
The Scottsdale, Arizona-based Parsons nonprofit, led by GoDaddy founder, entrepreneur and philanthropist Bob Parsons and his wife, will match up to $10 million to the Semper Fi Fund this holiday season through the 10 Makes 20 Challenge.
GoDaddy is donating $50,000 to the cause and asking its worldwide customers to donate as well.
With the matching $10 million of donations dollar-for-dollar through Dec. 31, this could mean a potential $20 million raised for the San Diego-based nonprofit that provides urgently needed resources and lifetime support for wounded, critically ill and injured members of the U.S. Armed Forces and their families.
