Fundraisers’ Pay Didn’t Keep Up With Inflation Last Year

Pay raises for fundraisers in 2011 increased by just 1.5 percent, not enough to keep pace with last year’s 3-percent inflation rate, according to a report released today. The anemic growth is a key reason many fundraisers say they are looking for higher-paying positions elsewhere.
