The West Virginia nonprofit director who was suspended over a racist post about First Lady Michelle Obama will apparently be back at work before the end of the year.
A letter obtained by the Charleston Gazette-Mail on Saturday showed that Pamela Taylor, who called Obama an “ape in heels,” is set to return to the Clay County Development Corp. Dec. 23.
That’s a little over a month after Taylor’s Facebook post got her suspended from her role leading the senior citizens’ nonprofit—which is the second-largest employer in its county.
“It will be so refreshing to have a classy beautiful dignified First Lady back in the White House. I’m tired of seeing a Ape in heels (sic),” Taylor wrote in November.
