Ewan Gordon ran a marathon every day for six weeks straight—a whopping total of 1,050 miles—for charity. The Englishman ran the entire length of Great Britain to raise money for various groups that help people with Cockayne Syndrome, posting photos and updates on his Facebook page.
Gordon grew out his hair and beard to look like Forrest Gump. He ran in memory of Thomas Lurie, who died last year at the age of nine from Cockayne Syndrome. Gordon has raised over $14,000 for the cause thus far.
