Tabitha Glenn

At ALSAC/St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, Tabitha Glenn is responsible for all aspects for direct response marketing to donors who give through television, mail, radio and digital marketing programs, which include lapsed donors and acknowledgment. Additionally, she is in charge of direct marketing for all national acquisition programs and maintaining and upgrading donors through retention programs designed to maximize a donor’s potential for St. Jude.
With 10 million donors who give to St. Jude, Tabitha leads a team responsible for a yearly acquisition of over 1.3 million new donors and the ongoing relationship engagement of millions of one-time and monthly donors. She oversees 15 direct response programs, including creative and content creation, campaign planning, database segmentation, business logistics, budget tracking and analytical evaluation.

She has over 28 years of marketing experience, with 17 of those years focused on St. Jude’s mission—fundraising through multichannel direct response channels.
