May 27, 2009, The Chicago Tribune — Encouraged by the completion of the new Modern Wing and seeking "a comparable dream," the president of the Art Institute of Chicago said Tuesday he wants to build a case for a new effort -- a massive fundraising drive to open the museum to the public for free.
