(Press release, Nov. 17, 2014) — Billhighway, provider of cloud-based automation solutions for nonprofits, is thrilled to be named to Deloitte's Technology Fast 500 list for the second year in a row, coming in at No. 193. One of only three Michigan companies that made the list, Billhighway also placed No. 96 out of 240 companies in the software industry category. The list is a compilation of the 500 fastest growing technology, media, telecommunications, life sciences and clean technology companies in North America.
Billhighway's CEO, Doug Gregory, credits the company's unique software solution and commitment to customer service to its continued growth. He said, "Our financial management software saves clients thousands of hours per year in manual tasks. Through process automation and systems integration, we empower our clients to redeploy resources towards revenue-generating activities. Our partner, not vendor, approach means we don't have a lot of customer churn, giving us a great foundation to build on. In fact, we proudly maintain a 96 precent client retention rate year over year."
Billhighway automates dues, finances and fundraising for member-based associations and nonprofits, through its Enterprise financial management platform. Billhighway Enterprise combines invoicing, payment processing, accounting and banking into one centralized system; reducing the risk of fraud, saving time and increasing revenue. Clients include Gleaners Community Food Bank, Tri Delta National Fraternity and the Michigan Humane Society.
Billhighway proudly shares this year's Fast 500 recognition with other world-class companies like Marketo, HubSpot, Twilio, LinkedIn and SurveyMonkey.
"The companies ranked on the 2014 Deloitte Technology Fast 500 continue to set the bar for their industry higher each year," said Eric Openshaw, vice chairman, Deloitte LLP and U.S. technology, media and telecommunications leader. "There are so many exciting products and smart thought leaders driving this list. We congratulate the Fast 500 companies and look forward to seeing them continue their momentum in 2015."
