How a Cloud Solution Improved Productivity, Reduced Overhead Costs for One Nonprofit
The Council of Landscape Architectural Registration Boards, an international nonprofit that is dedicated to establishing and promoting professional licensure standard for landscape architects, had faced the challenges of needing to be laser-focused on its mission and to boost efficiency, according to the Cetrom case study, “Changing the ‘Landscape’ With a Customized Cloud Solution.”
As mentioned in the case study, what the Council of Landscape Architectural Registration Boards (CLARB) was looking for was a technology solution to meet their IT needs, enable employees to work remotely without interruption and help them complete a full transition to the cloud.
With the implementation of Cetrom’s customized hybrid cloud-computing solution, CLARB was able to improve overall productivity—by increasing mobility and flexibility—reduce overhead costs, establish an improvement in the interaction between staff members and achieve the organization’s diverse goals.
Joel Abizo, CEO of CLARB, said that every organization is challenged to “continuously create new value in the most efficient way,” and that the cloud “provides a platform that makes this possible.”
