CDR Fundraising Group, National Fundraising Lists Welcome Washington Animal Rescue League
Press release (Feb. 17, 2012) —CDR Fundraising Group welcomes the Washington Animal Rescue League. Since 1914, The League, a nonprofit based in Washington, D.C., has taken in homeless and abused animals from across the country, providing them with medical attention and tender care, and finding them loving homes. CDR Fundraising Group will work with the Washington Animal Rescue League to create a robust national direct-marketing program, beginning with direct mail and eventually integrating other fundraising channels into the overall strategy. The League has already established a successful local fundraising program, which CDR Fundraising Group will be helping to continue by expanding the program for increased revenue.
“We are eager to start working with the professionals at the Washington Animal Rescue League,” says Geoff Peters, president of CDR Fundraising Group. “Our team looks forward to building a high-level integrated fundraising program to support the organization’s important and admirable animal welfare mission.”
The Washington Animal Rescue League’s programs will be managed by Alisdair Sewell, senior account executive, and Tim Youngbar, senior director. Art and production will be managed by Greg Schmigel and Ginny Mudrock respectively. The League’s list brokerage and management services will be provided by Diane Hardy, list services director of National Fundraising Lists, a division of CDR Fundraising Group.
