CDS Global Joins Blackbaud Partner Network
CDS Global, a provider of end-to-end business process outsourcing for nonprofits and higher education institutions, yesterday announced that the company has joined the Blackbaud Partner Network as a Blackbaud Technology Partner. With this partnership, CDS Global joins a network of companies that provide applications and solutions that extend Blackbaud product functionality in new ways.
The suite of services offered by CDS Global includes donations processing with automated data capture and acknowledgements, printing and direct mail, call center and online supporter care, and end-to-end e-commerce and fulfillment, all of which will be made available on the Blackbaud Partner Marketplace.

The partnership allows CDS Global to leverage Blackbaud's Raiser's Edge, Blackbaud CRM and Luminate CRM, among other products, to enable more nonprofits to create seamless interactions with supporters by giving them more control over the back-end processes that drive the donor experience. CDS Global's services automate many of the tedious, time-consuming and manual tasks that can slow down an organization's operations, allowing nonprofit clients to devote more time and resources to their programs and missions.
