Charity Dynamics Gains New Edge, Becomes an Authorized Convio Solution Provider
AUSTIN, Texas, June 9, 2009 — Charity Dynamics, a provider of comprehensive online solutions for nonprofits, has achieved a new level of recognition for their expertise at providing nonprofit organizations with online marketing and fundraising programs that deliver extraordinary results. The company today announced that it is one of the first solutions providers to complete certification for Convio’s CMS and online marketing products, and is now an authorized partner in the Convio Solution Provider (CSP) program.
With this formal authorization, Charity Dynamics is even better positioned to provide nonprofits with high-quality consulting and implementation services while helping them to maximize their return on investment in Convio technology.
“We’ve already deployed more than 100 nonprofits that utilize Convio online tools, and as our client roster continues to grow, it’s extremely important for us to have Convio’s seal of approval that we’re among the best of the best for helping groups to implement and utilize the company’s technology,” said Donna Wilkins, president of Charity Dynamics. “As one of Convio’s longest, largest and most reliable partners, we’re proud to be a charter member of their CSP program and look forward to continuing our work together as we help organizations to more effectively serve constituents and reach their goals.”
Having worked with nonprofits of all sizes and varying missions for the past five years, Charity Dynamics has established a proven track record of rapid, high-quality deployments. The company also has extensive knowledge of and expertise on the Convio platform—Wilkins and several other Charity Dynamics consultants previously worked at Convio as well as with nonprofits that use Convio software.
“Charity Dynamics’ guidance and expertise was invaluable to us when we recently launched our organization and needed to quickly begin driving interest for our inaugural event,” said David Smith, executive director of the Texas Mamma Jamma Ride. “Even while working under an extremely tight timeline, we were able to launch with complete confidence that we were taking full advantage of all of the Convio features that would enable us to increase registration, fundraising and retention.”
In addition to Mamma Jamma Ride, joint clients served by Charity Dynamics and Convio include An Achievable Dream, Girl Scout Council of Greater New York, Helping Hands for Single Moms, Hill Country Ride for AIDS, Mercy Ministries of America, and SPCA of Wake County.
Authorized Convio Solution Provider
To become a Convio Solution Provider, companies must have at least one employee authorized by attending training and passing an exam for the products they wish to service. Authorization ensures that CSPs have the experience, knowledge and expertise required to help clients make the most of their Convio products. The CSP seal also allows Convio clients to choose from companies that are committed to the same high standards and quality they expect from Convio.
“Charity Dynamics has long been a consulting leader in the marketplace that consistently enables nonprofits to maximize their technology investments and develop online marketing and fundraising programs that deliver strong results,” said Fred Waugh, vice president of alliances for Convio. “As an authorized partner that has received advanced training on Convio products, Charity Dynamics is well-versed on the implementation methodology and best practices around our solutions. Joint clients undoubtedly will benefit from our shared expertise and be better equipped to achieve new levels of online success.”
