John D. and Catherine T. MacArthur Foundation: Julia M. Stasch, former interim president at the foundation, has been appointed president.
San Diego Opera: David Bennett, former executive director of the Gotham Chamber Opera, has been named general director.
University of Hawai'i Foundation: Jeffrie Jones, former director of development for the medical school, has been promoted to executive director for the John A. Burns School of Medicine at UH Manoa.
