Endaoment and The Giving Block Join Forces to Empower Nonprofits with Crypto Fundraising
Endaoment and The Giving Block announced a partnership to connect thousands of nonprofit organizations across the globe with crypto donors. The partnership will create new fundraising opportunities for nonprofits and simplify the process for crypto holders to support organizations in need.
“We are excited and proud to deepen our relationship with The Giving Block and work together to grow the pie for donors and nonprofits,” said Robbie Heeger, CEO at Endaoment. “This collaboration leverages our latest innovations to bring blockchain-based giving to even more nonprofits now and into the future. We’re thrilled to offer The Giving Block donors the flexibility to support organizations that matter to them. We hope that this collaboration inspires the blockchain community to give more and for more nonprofits to recognize the potential of crypto philanthropy.”
Endaoment provides more than 400 different organizations with zero-cost philanthropic infrastructures to process donations from over 1,000 cryptocurrencies and digital assets. With the new partnership, nonprofits that already accept crypto donations on The Giving Block will now also be able to receive grants from Endaoment’s on-chain funds through their wallet. All future organizations that sign a contract with The Giving Block will automatically be on-boarded onto Endaoment’s platform.
“As the two largest players in crypto philanthropy, we’re excited for this integration to push the industry forward,” said Alex Wilson, co-founder of The Giving Block. “Crypto is notoriously difficult to use without the right tools, and we’re working together to make Crypto Philanthropy as easy as possible for both nonprofits and donors alike. This integration of the two platforms is a huge step to reduce complexity and help nonprofits raise more.”
Since Endaoment’s launch in 2020, the platform has surpassed over $50 million USD in total donations to support charitable causes across the U.S. and abroad, protecting reproductive rights and nature conservation, supporting Ukrainian sovereignty, and most recently, providing resources to those affected by the Turkish and Syrian earthquake. This partnership announcement follows Endaoment’s recent launch of free developer tools, including a SDK, API, and Subgraph, for developers looking to add philanthropic giving to their infrastructure, further underscoring Endaoment’s mission to make donating crypto to nonprofits as easy as possible.
