On May 9, FundRaising Success is hosting its first-ever face-to-face event: the Engage Conference. Engage is the only case-study-focused fundraising conference focusing on the keys to success from organizations that have successfully made the leap from just-getting-by nonprofits to powerhouse organizations. Leading up to Engage, we will be highlighting content from the participating organizations and speakers that we've published over the years.
For more than five years, Dane Grams has served on the FundRaising Success Editorial Advisory Board and was named co-chair in 2012, and he has helped spearhead the Engage Conference since its inception. Now the national director of direct response for Amnesty International USA, Dane will moderate the roundtables on "Perfecting Your Online Communications" at the conference.
For our January 2011 cover story, Dane and Richard DeVeau, now associate creative director at LW Robbins, shared ways small fundraising staffs can be real powerhouses when it comes to raising money in "Little Dogs … Big Tricks."
