Aloma, ever the passionate speaker, really drove his point home: "The biggest sin of all is the sin of doing nothing."
The point was clear then and is just as clear and relevant today, with the USPS struggling and the tax breaks for philanthropy constantly up for discussion among legislators. For the health of the fundraising sector, a sector that allows the great nonprofits out there to continue doing all the wonderful work they do for a world in need, everyone must take action, just as Aloma urged two years ago.
