Alliance for Justice: Deborah Peeples, former VP of philanthropy, Humane Society of the United States, has been appointed director of development.

Helen Keller Services for the Blind: Jennifer Goodwin, former associate VP for development, Long Island University, has been named chief development officer.

The Retreat: Maggie Goldfarb, former capital campaign coordinator, East End Hospice, has been named development director.
