● U.S. Fund for UNICEF: Jose Carbonell, former VP of marketing and strategic planning for Nickelodeon, has been named senior VP of marketing and communications.

● Barnardo's: Javed Khan, CEO of Victim Support, has been appointed chief executive, effective spring 2014.

● Repair the World: Linda A. Altshuler, former director of development at Temple Israel of the City of New York, has been named VP for development.

● Columbia College Double Discovery Center: Joseph Ayala, former coordinator of Publicolor's Next Steps program, has been appointed executive director.
