Foundation Source Advisors Announces Additions to its Leadership Team-Martha Campbell Named Philanthropic Director, Western Region;
* Martha Campbell, former vice president of programs for the James Irvine Foundation, brings to the company 24 years of leadership and management experience in the nonprofit sector. She is a nationally recognized expert in foundation evaluation and accountability and has served in various leadership roles on foundations and on nonprofit boards. She has a decade of experience in Africa with USAID, CARE and the Peace Corps. She has a B.A. from Dartmouth College and a Masters in Public Administration from the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs at Princeton University.
* Robert Burakoff joins the company after leading his own national consulting practice for over 10 years where he worked with nonprofits, funders and other social enterprises to meet critical challenges and increase mission impact. Clients included the Pew Charitable Trusts, The Wallace Foundation, The David and Lucile Packard Foundation, Southern Poverty Law Center, Habitat for Humanity International, the New York Association of Regional Grantmakers and others. Prior to that, he served as the founding director of Harvard Business School’s Social Enterprise Initiative, where he also launched a nonprofit consulting partnership with McKinsey & Company. He holds a B.A. from the University of Michigan and a J.D. from Harvard.
