GRAX Unveils Free Data Protection Initiative for Nonprofits

GRAX, Inc., a Salesforce data management and protection solution provider, announced its new Data Protection Initiative for nonprofit organizations. In support of GivingTuesday, GRAX is making it easier for nonprofits to preserve their sensitive data with complementary licenses of the company’s advanced data protection and recovery solutions. These licenses are available throughout November 2023 and beyond.

Enterprise partnership
For-profit businesses that purchase a license of GRAX Enterprise can offer a free license of the GRAX Enterprise product suite to a nonprofit organization of their choice.
Direct to nonprofit
This free license of GRAX Pro data protection solutions is available directly from GRAX to various types of nonprofit organizations, including 501(c) charities, healthcare providers, advocacy groups, and cultural institutions.
What’s included
GRAX Pro includes:
- Auto Backup: Hourly backups of data, metadata, files, and attachments - providing 1-hour Recovery Point Objective
- Single Record Restore: Granular control of data users want to recover
- Point-in-Time Recovery: Recover records and their hierarchy in mass
GRAX Enterprise includes everything in GRAX Pro, plus:
- Delete Tracking: Easily trace the history of deleted records for audits
