Meriwether’s team came up with a strategic plan for how it would interface with each of KUED’s departments. The plan involved meeting with departments and walking them through the process of what the corporate-support team did, what tools that department could provide them with, and what increased income through corporate support would mean to the organization and ultimately to their department.
