April 15, 2009, Memphis Commercial Appeal — Harvard Business School is looking to Memphis-based Youth Villages as the gold standard for a successful nonprofit group.
The social services program, which serves more than 12,000 children and families in 10 states, is being studied in a new Harvard course called "Leading and Governing Highly Effective Nonprofit Organizations."
