Deadlines for Nonprofits and Fundraisers Approaching

To be eligible, an organization must:

• be a registered 501(c)3 for at least one year prior to submission date;
• have an operating board of non-related directors that meets on a regular basis and documents the proceedings of its meetings;
• provide health or human services, cultural arts education/support, or animal or environmental protection service; and
• be able to provide financial statements for the last year of operations upon request.
