“I hope the mood has sobered a little bit, or it’s tempered in the sense that organizations recognize that no technology skill will solve all their challenges,” she says. “There always need to be solid organizations with good programs that do good work, first of all. And then, secondly, there need to be smart strategies, with the emphasis on ‘smart.’ With the click of a button you can do a lot of damage.”
