Nonprofits Raise More Than $2.5 Million in Six Months Using Charity Dynamics' Boundless Fundraising
July 22, 2009 — Charity Dynamics today announced that nonprofit organizations using the company's innovative social networking application, Boundless Fundraising(TM), have raised more than $2.5 million directly through the application since the beginning of 2009. Overall, 36 organizations currently use Boundless Fundraising to increase support and giving for more than 2000 events.
Charity Dynamics is an Austin, Texas-based provider of comprehensive online solutions and services for nonprofits. Boundless Fundraising, which the company launched in late 2008, is a simple and highly effective fundraising application that empowers organizations to mobilize social networking communities in support of their causes. The application enables event participants to leverage their Facebook(R) networks to reach more donors, increase awareness and more effectively support organizations in reaching their fundraising goals.
"Boundless Fundraising is a critical component of American Cancer Society's overall social networking strategy and has enabled us to achieve new levels of success with our signature event, Relay for Life," said Shannon Bridges, Director of Relay for Life Online Events, American Cancer Society. "We've been extremely impressed with the fundraising results that Boundless Fundraising has generated early on, which is why we plan on expanding our use of the application to more Relay for Life events and other event programs for increased success in the future."

First Half 2009 Highlights
In addition to exceptional fundraising results driven by Boundless Fundraising during the first half of the year, Charity Dynamics also has continued its strong financial performance. The company remains firmly on track to increase year-over-year revenue by more than 100 percent in 2009.
Charity Dynamics also continues to strengthen its client roster and works with a growing list of some of the country's most prominent nonprofits. Among the company's newest clients are the American Diabetes Association, American Heart Association, CauseForce, Operation Blessing International, and The Humane Society of the United States.
In June, Charity Dynamics announced a new partnership with FreeCause, a provider of cutting-edge Web 2.0 tools that help organizations unlock the value of constituent relationships. FreeCause's unique social networking solution, SnapCMS(R), allows nonprofits to easily create customized social networking applications that enable them to more effectively attract, engage and interact with constituents via Facebook. The combined Boundless Fundraising-SnapCMS solution provides organizations with a more powerful set of social networking tools to boost fundraising and drive greater constituent involvement.
"In a year that has largely been defined by an extremely difficult giving environment, the success we've seen across Charity Dynamics' client base is a strong testament of our ongoing promise to help nonprofits invest wisely in technology and services that deliver real results," said Donna Wilkins, President of Charity Dynamics. "We expect to see even stronger results in the second half of the year as a growing number of organizations adopt Boundless Fundraising while current groups already using the application continue to increase their momentum, broaden their impact and build enduring support."
