On November 4 and 5, NonProfit PRO is hosting its annual peer-to-peer fundraising conference: Peer to Peer Advanced. Taking place in the heart of Philadelphia, attendees will gain a wealth of knowledge on advanced and innovative peer-to-peer tactics and learn how to strategize for future peer-to-peer programs, learning how to create sustainable programs that will not only engage fundraisers, but retain them, too.
At Peer to Peer Advanced, Mackenzie Giancarlo will be joined by Shana Masterson, strategic consultant for Blackbaud, to review nine key peer-to-peer fundraising personas and show you how to integrate them into your fundraising programs to effectively segment your database, craft compelling campaigns and build call-to-actions that appeal to your supporters.
Mackenzie Giancarlo has worked at the Roswell Park Alliance Foundation since August of 2015. The role she currently holds is peer-to-peer fundraising manager. Mackenzie manages the online fundraising for all of the pee-to-peer events at Roswell Park. The special events team brings in around $9 million dollars annually through events such as The Ride For Roswell, The Empire State Ride, Bald for Bucks and Team Roswell. Fundraising through these events supports cancer research and patient care programs in Buffalo, New York.
