Inspiration can come in many different shapes and sizes—even people. And as members of the ever-changing nonprofit community, we are constantly seeking inspiration to improve our society and inspire those around us to do the same.
John Foppe is a man who has overcome tremendous obstacles in his life. While he was born without arms and had difficulty as a child doing the things that most of us take for granted, today, he lives an independent life, traveling the world as an author and owner of an international training company. He is an embodiment of how resiliency can be achieved with continuous hard work and dedication—and continues to inspire every single person he crosses paths with.
Join us at the NonProfit PRO Peer-to-Peer Conference, where the opening keynote session will spotlight John Foppe. During his keynote, John will highlight the following:
- I can do anything.
- I must stop feeling sorry for myself.
- I must change my attitude.
- I must overcome obstacles.
- If it is to be, it is up to me.
- I was born to win.
- If John can do it without arms, then I can do it.
This one-of-a-kind event is happening on Nov. 9 in the historic city of Washington, D.C. Hear from some of the most inspiring thought leaders in the nonprofit sector, as they discuss the challenges facing the peer-to-peer realm today.
