Phoenix-based MatchMaker FundRaising Software Receives Campbell Award From U.S. Nonprofits
PHOENIX, Feb. 3, 2009 — MatchMaker FundRaising Software from Phoenix-based Heritage Designs received a coveted Campbell Award for its exceptional ratings in a recent nationwide survey of more than 3,800 not-for-profit users of donor and member management solutions. This is the third time MatchMaker FundRaising Software has received this award.
"We are thrilled to have received the Campbell Award every year that they have been issued," said Diana Hoyt, president of Heritage Designs. "We pride ourselves on being a client-responsive business so accolades like this from our clients demonstrate that we are doing the job right and that MatchMaker FundRaising Software is meeting their needs."
The survey was conducted online between July and August of 2008. The survey gathered data on user satisfaction, pricing preferences, purchasing habits, and organizational dynamics. Forty-one percent of survey respondents have final purchase authority for these types of products, according to researchers at Campbell Rinker, the independent firm that conducted the study.
"Nonprofit staff members have few opportunities to voice their opinions about the solutions they use," said Dirk Rinker, president of Campbell Rinker. "Over the past six years, the Campbell Award has become the de facto standard for independent, statistically valid ratings of nonprofit solutions. We are extremely grateful to the many customers who told us which products they would recommend to others."
Heritage Designs offers two comprehensive donor management solutions, MatchMaker FundRaising Software Enterprise Edition and Standard Edition, both of which track a nonprofit's donors, special events, volunteers, grants, contributions and pledges, and cultivation activities. With clients in 31 states coast to coast, Heritage Designs has continued to grow its client base, which includes hospitals, colleges and schools, library foundations and social service organizations, such as domestic violence shelters, food banks and more.
"MatchMaker FundRaising Software has helped us to raise more money and manage our donor information more effectively," said Pam Gaber, president and founder of Gabriel's Angels in Mesa, Ariz. "We needed to put our energy into our mission of helping abused, neglected and at-risk children through pet therapy, and with MatchMaker, we have purchased a product that has unlimited potential to grow with our organization's needs."
