Shadyac Jr. succeeds ALSAC COO David McKee, who served as CEO on an interim basis. He took the position after John P. Moses stepped down citing health concerns in August 2008. McKee will continue to serve as COO.
Shadyac Jr. served as the chairman of ALSAC’s board in 2008 and had served as the board’s vice chairman before that. He has been a practicing attorney for 27 years and is a partner in the Washington D.C. law firm, Feldesman Tucker Leifer Fidell LLP.
