As we prepare our 10th nonprofit trends list, we decided to directly ask you — nonprofit professionals — to submit new tactics that are working at your nonprofit and your expectations for what will be trending in 2024.
We are looking for big ideas, as well as trends specific to fundraising; donor engagement and behavior; technology; donor data and analytics; leadership and board strategy; and mission awareness and impact.
Here are some ideas to get you thinking:
- Big Idea: What is your big idea prediction for 2024?
- Fundraising: What is the latest and greatest fundraising method or tactic for 2024?
- Donor Engagement and Behavior: How must nonprofits engage with donors in 2024? What donor behaviors will emerge in 2024?
- Technology: What up-and-coming technology do nonprofits need to know about?
- Donor Data and Analytics: What is a new way nonprofits will use data in 2024?
- Leadership and Board Strategy: What effective leadership or board strategy will be key in 2024? Or, conversely, what leadership- or board-related challenge will nonprofits need to overcome in 2024?
- Mission Awareness and Impact: What is a new and more effective way for nonprofits to raise awareness about their causes and/or share their impact with donors and prospective donors in 2024?
