That’s why we’ve put together the special section on “Big Ideas for Smaller Nonprofits” in this issue. Like I say in my introduction to the section on Page 26, learning something new — or even just thinking about maybe rethinking something that’s served you well for some time — can be daunting. But even though smaller budgets sometimes mean more creative juggling of resources, there are enough similarities in the structure of all nonprofit fundraising to provide a deep pool of knowledge from which everyone can learn and benefit. All you need do is have the courage and foresight to jump in and soak it all up.
