Ideas Dengler recommended include: using multiple or commemorative stamps; adding a personal touch like handwriting or paper clips; using odd-sized envelopes; mailing folders, portfolios, videos or photographs; including testamonials from clients; and including bounceback notes that donors can mail in to clients.
