Whether you attended or missed 2023’s AFP ICON, in which more than 3,600 attendees gathered to learn the latest fundraising tactics, NonProfit PRO has you covered. Here’s the roundup of the sessions we covered in New Orleans.

“4 Tips to Attract and Retain LGBTQ+ Donors for Your Cause”
As part of the greatest wealth transfer, there’s an opportunity for nonprofits to educate LGBTQ+ baby boomers about planned giving. Renee Columbo, chief development officer, and Leah Munnelly, deputy director of development at New York City’s Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual & Transgender (LGBT) Community Center, as well as Dominic M. Pepper, CFRE, executive director at the Lesher Family Foundation, shared ideas for welcoming LGBTQ+ donors to your cause in their session, “Belonging and Exclusion: Creating Space for Growing LGBTQ Donors.”
“5 Steps to Test Reaching Multicultural Donors With Your Next Campaign”
