According to the official contest rules, nominees must be U.S. residents aged 18 or older who have dedicated an extraordinary amount of time and effort as a volunteer to a cause or nonprofit organization.
To nominate a volunteer, visit the sweepstakes site and fill in the nomination form, which includes submitting an original essay of 250 words or less. Nominations are limited to one entry per person, per e-mail address.
