Emily Comisar

Emily Comisar has worked in nonprofit management and fundraising since 2008. Over the past 10 years, she has collaborated with several cultural and performing arts organizations, including WNET Channel 13 and NEXT: A Division of the Birthright Israel Foundation, to develop and execute programming for national audiences, cultivate relationships with local audiences, and review internal goals and strategies to ensure that the work and the mission are in alignment with one another.

 

As a development consultant, Emily has worked with Donorly clients in a variety of capacities, cultivating significant increases in foundation funding, establishing new patron and major donor programs and developing new strategies around pre-existing campaigns.

 

Emily has also worked with several nascent performing arts organizations in New York City to develop budgets and financial best practices.
