Noah Barnett is the CMO of Virtuous. With nearly a decade of experience crafting marketing and integrated fundraising strategies, Noah has counseled and led B2B, B2C and nonprofit organizations across industries. He was most recently director of marketing at CauseVox, director of digital at The Adventure Project and director of growth at World Help.
Prior to these, Noah was an inbound marketing consultant at HubSpot. He had the opportunity to consult with 40 B2B and B2C clients, helping them leverage inbound marketing strategies to grow their businesses.
In 2014, Noah, along with other members of World Help’s leadership team, led the initiative to craft a five-year growth strategy to double the organization’s impact. He focused on identifying metrics that directly correlated to financial growth in their monthly reporting, deriving insights to improve the organization’s strategy and approach. He then led the donor growth teams to improve retention by 5.5% in just two years and drive year over year increases in average supporter lifetime value. Since implementing the Blueprint, the organization has exceeded their growth targets and increased revenue by more than 10% year-over-year.
In 2012, Noah worked with the executive team at World Help, as an internal advisor, on the organization’s brand with BULLDOG DRUMMOND out of San Diego. He also worked alongside their marketing and fundraising teams to the craft a social media and digital strategy in 2010, including a complete website revamp in 2012, the implementation of their organization’s blog and an inbound marketing strategy.
