The Direct Marketing Association (DMA) presented its 2012 International ECHO Awards during the DMA2012 Conference & Exhibition. Nonprofit winners include GRAACC, Action Against Hunger (Spain), Arts Centre Melbourne, GivBlod, Operation Smile, Art Gallery Society NSW, Children's Medical Research Institute and Save the Children Australia.
"Overall, we saw some very strong but very traditional campaigns — very few major risks or outside-the-box approaches," judge Dane Grams said. "Was this a wise choice? It seems like it was, as most of the results we reviewed were incredibly strong."
Blackbaud announced the winners of its first ever Impact Awards. The winners were honored at bbcon, Blackbaud’s Conference for Nonprofits, held at the Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center in National Harbor, Md.
