Case Study: Hitting Peak Productivity with Custom Apps
Revolutionizing business practices – the custom app way
The Center for Victims and Human Rights (CVHR), headquartered in Indianapolis, IN, is the only non-profit organization in the entire state that offers legal services, and handles litigation against crimes ranging from domestic battery to human trafficking. Like most non-profit organization, CVHR relied on spreadsheets to manage their data, because the they’re easier to handle and less expensive than packaged software. But as their organization grew and they started receiving more cases to handle, they realized the severe limitation of spreadsheets.
After trying their luck with MS Access and a handful of other packaged software products, CVHR stumbled upon Zoho Creator. It proved to be a perfect solution to all their problems. In a few months, they had four fully-functional apps up and running that did everything the spreadsheets could do and more. With these apps, the CVHR team was able to organize data and automate routine task, saving them considerable time and energy. Additionally, with Creator’s native mobile apps, they were able to record case details in real-time—even as legal proceedings unfolded in court.
